Tormaresca Chardonnay, IGT Puglia

An un-oaked Chardonnay which is likely to change your view of Chardonnay forever.  Straw yellow in colour, with lemon and floral characters on the nose and palate.  Lovely long finish.

Made by the world-famous Antinori family from Tuscany, from one of their more recent acquisitions in the south of in the south of Italy.

Food match: extremely versatile with food – from fish to pork chops to chicken or turkey.
