At Molloys Liquor Stores, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality control standards and safety regulations for alcohol sales.

    Return the Merchandise

    Once approved, securely package the items and return them to our central warehouse or drop them off at a designated store location.

    Receive Refund or Exchange

    After inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent within 5-7 business days.
